Overview
By creating an account with any Bloom service, you (the user and account holder) agree to be bound by the policies outlined in this document.
Bloom reserves the right to restrict, suspend, modify, or terminate access to any or all its services at any time, for any reason.
Acceptance of Terms
Bloom may update, revise, or interpret these Terms at its sole discretion. Users are responsible for staying informed and ensuring continued compliance with the most current version of the Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account with Bloom.
We reserve the right to suspend or delete any accounts that do not meet this age requirement without prior notice.
General Conduct Rules
These rules apply across all Bloom platforms, including the game and Discord server.
While these Terms provide guidance, users are expected to use common sense and good judgment. Not all potential violations are listed, but that does not mean unlisted infractions are acceptable.
Respect
Any form of discrimination based on religion, sexual orientation, race, gender identity, or age is strictly prohibited.
Treat all members with respect and courtesy when sharing opinions or engaging in discussion.
Disrespect towards the server’s name, players, or staff members will not be tolerated. Using megaphones to insult, mock, or disparage the server or its staff will result in an immediate ban.
Harassment
Harassment is strictly prohibited and includes repeated offensive language, slander, name-calling, hostility, and witch-hunting. All incidents will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Not considered harassment:
• One-time use of certain slurs (though still potentially in violation of the Respect rule).
Considered harassment:
• Repeated offensive language or slurs.
• Using alternate characters or recruiting others to harass or defame users.
• Targeting and singling out individuals.
Scamming & Fraud
Any dishonest or deceptive activity (e.g., misleading trades, item swaps) is considered scamming. Bloom takes this seriously and will take swift action.
Glitch & Bug Exploitation
Exploiting bugs or glitches—such as duplicating items or spawning currency—is not tolerated.
Glitches / Bugs are events and/or features on Bloom that are not working as its original design intended.
Upon discovery of a glitch and/or potential, you are expected and obligated to report these findings to a staff member immediately.
Examples of glitches / bug abuse include but are not limited to; the duplication of items, spawning of items and/or currency, as well as general bugs & glitches on Bloom.
Players caught abusing unintended bugs or exploits will be banned immediately with no exception.
Anyone who is associated will be banned alongside as well.
We expect players to exercise basic common sense in this area. If someone is making unrealistic offers or gifting unusually large quantities of specific items, it is your responsibility to reject and report these users rather than accept them.
Map Selling
Selling in-game map ownership for in-game or external compensation is not permitted. Repeat offenses will lead to escalating punishments.
Kill Stealing (KSing)
Entering an occupied map and taking kills is considered kill stealing and is discouraged to maintain a positive community environment.
However, it is the map owner's responsibility to claim their own map through our Map Ownership system by using @claimmap..
Compensation Policy
Bloom is not liable for the loss of items, characters, or other in-game assets resulting from bugs, server rollbacks, unforeseen technical issues, or other circumstances deemed to be force majeure. While exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis, restoration is not guaranteed.
Losses resulting from player negligence or error will not be compensated under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to:
• Failing to use a Protection Scroll, resulting in item destruction.
• Accidentally dropping, selling, NPCing, or discarding items.
• Accidentally re-equipping an item after using a PSOK (Platinum Scissors of Karma), causing it to become untradeable.
• Destroying, enhancing, scrolling, or cubing the wrong item.
• Any other accidental actions performed by the player.
Multi-Clienting & Multiple Accounts Policy
Multi-clienting is strictly prohibited. Running more than one client at a time on the same device or using additional devices/programs to bypass this restriction is not permitted.
Owning multiple accounts is allowed but discouraged. Any breach of the Terms of Service may result in all associated accounts being banned.
Having more than one account does not grant permission to run multiple clients simultaneously.
Households with multiple players are permitted. Different users in the same household may play on separate devices, as long as each player controls their own character independently.
Abuse with secondary devices/accounts is forbidden. Using spare devices or accounts for personal advantage (e.g., buff mules, farming, or other self-supporting methods) is considered a violation.
Claims that another individual (including, but not limited to, a partner, sibling, family member, roommate, or household member) is legitimately playing solely to benefit your account through resource funneling, loot transfers, or similar activities do not exempt you from enforcement and may be considered a breach of these Terms of Service.
Violations of this policy may result in account suspension, character deletion, or permanent bans.
Account Sharing
Sharing accounts is strongly discouraged.
In the event where a shared user is caught breaking any ToS, all accounts tied with this user will be chain-banned.
Users do so at their own risk. Bloom will not be responsible for any loss of items or cases of personal accounts being 'hacked'.
Account Giveaway
Giving away your account is not permitted and will be treated as a Real-World Trade violation.
Gambling Between Players
Player-to-player gambling (e.g., via @roll, wagers, or any similar activity) is permitted at your own risk but is strongly discouraged due to the potential for scams, disputes, and its association with real-world trading (RWT). Bloom is not responsible for any losses arising from such activities.
The Staff Team reserves the right to investigate any gambling-related transaction, including the exchange of mesos, items, or other in-game assets before, during, or after a wager. Players are expected to cooperate with any investigation.
Gambling may not be used to conceal, facilitate, or justify real-world trading. Claiming that a transaction was the result of a wager, bet, or gambling activity does not exempt it from investigation or enforcement. Staff will determine the nature of a transaction based on all available evidence, including transaction history, chat logs, account activity, and other relevant information.
Any gambling activity found to be linked to real-money trading, account trading, chargeback fraud, or any other violation of Bloom's Terms of Service will result in suspension, up to and including permanent suspension.
The Staff Team's decision regarding the outcome of gambling-related investigations is final.
Impersonation
Impersonating any member of the Bloom community or staff is forbidden and will result in a ban from all Bloom platforms.
Ban Evasion
Attempts to circumvent temporary or permanent bans—such as using VPNs, spoofing hardware IDs, or creating alternate accounts—will lead to further disciplinary action.
Rumors and Gossip
Do not spread any unverified rumors or misinformation regarding Bloom. Such behavior creates unnecessary negativity and may result in disciplinary action.
This applies to both in-game and Discord, any attempt to stir up drama will be handled with a ban immediately.
Real World Trading & Profiteering
Trading Bloom items, services, or currency for real-world money or other external goods/services is strictly prohibited.
Not allowed:
• Trading Bloom assets for non-Bloom items or services.
• Selling Bloom assets for any form of external currency.
• List/advertising any Bloom assets for any form of external currency.
• Offering Bloom assets for external currency (e.g., “X item for $X”) is strictly prohibited. All trades and transactions must only involve in-game assets or Donor Points..
Both parties (buyer/seller) will be banned together for being involved in a RWT transaction
A ban will be imposed on the party offering external currency if the other side provides evidence of such an offer. The reporting party will not face any penalties.
Staff members reserve the right to conduct investigations into suspicious activities, which may include temporarily warping players for questioning or issuing temporary bans while the investigation is ongoing.
Hacking
The use of third-party software, tools, or hardware (e.g., key weights, WZ edits, virtual machines) to gain an unfair advantage or automate gameplay is strictly forbidden. Being in a party with known hackers can also result in punishment.
Botting / Macroing
Automating gameplay or not actively participating while using aids such as key weights or software is prohibited.
Guidelines:
• Respond to any player or staff inquiry within 60 seconds. (Constant bot checks on same player in a short period may be considered Harassment)
• Always remain attentive while playing. This includes responding to trades, chats and any form of interaction within a timely manner.
• Staffs have the rights to conduct special case-by-case checks on top of the default Lie Detectors.
The Staff Team reserves the right to handle all botting-related violations on a case-by-case basis. Any leniency regarding ban duration is at the sole discretion of the Staff Team.
